Binder Metal Products can manufacture many configurations, we have a complete tool and die shop on the premises, with over 100,000 interchangable dies, progressive, and compund dies. If you do not have a drawing or blueprint to furnish, "No Problem", let our C.A.D. department produce one to you specifications, you even approve and sign off on the drawing before manufacture. Please feel free to supply a request for quotation straight from this website. We offer hundreds of grades of ferrous and non ferrous material, but will produce the stamping to your specifications!

We can produce stampings from 1/8" in diameter to 15" in diameter, and can stamp a thickness range of.001" to 5/8" thick! We do not limit our customers to only flat stampings, our custom parts can be formed and drawn up to 1/2" deep. We supply many cupped and dished washers as well.

Binder Metal also has screw machine and cutting tool capabilities to produce an even larger and thicker component!
